We aim to please and therefore our customers experience is important to us. That's why if you change your mind or unhappy with your purchase we will exchange or give you a refund.

All Things baby London does not have access to credit/debit card details.

All Things Baby London store order details in a password protected file on a password protected secure system for a maximum of 6 years as required by HMRC Revenue. Only the owner of All Things Baby London and senior members of staff are able to gain access to these files.

All Things Baby London collects data through the customer purchase or subscription of monthly newsletters.

PERSONALISATION
Personalised gifts are made on demand and therefore please allow up to 3 weeks to make and deliver your item. Please give full details of your personalised request in our personalised items section. Please ensure your request is completed correctly including spelling to minimise disappointment or delays.
Once personalised items are dispatched they cannot be returned unless there is a spelling mistake or faulty. However please do not hesitate to contact us if you are at all unhappy with your order and we will make every effort to rectify any issues.
