SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 working days (this does not include weekends). We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. If this takes longer or your item is not available you will be contacted and informed of the estimated time of delivery. You have the right to exchange or cancel your order.

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is completed and when dispatched.

We offer standard UK delivery at £3.99 and will be delivered 1-2 working days after dispatch. We offer free UK delivery on orders £40 and over.

International standard shipping is £13.99 and will take up to 14 -21 working days to be processed and shipped. Depending on customs this can take longer. If your order does not arrive within 21 days please contact us at info@allthingsbabylondon.com.

Personalised and handmade items (such as wooden blocks, personalised plaques, mini muslins and muslin bibs) will take up to 10-14 working days to be made and delivered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will exchange or give a full refund if you are unhappy with your items, within 28 days of notice to All Things Baby London. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make your purchase. Exchange or refunds will only be made if items are returned undamaged and in its original packaging unless faulty.

Once personalised items are dispatched they cannot be returned unless faulty or a spelling mistake has been made. However please do not hesitate to contact us at info@allthingsbabylondon.com if you're at all unhappy with your purchase, and we will make every effort to rectify the issue .
